Here are a few things to know before booking: Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Come Clean & Comfy Please arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, free of makeup around the eyes. Comfy clothes are always encouraged — you’ll be laying down for a while! Foreign Fills I’m happy to fill work from another lash artist! Foreign fills are available for an additional fee. Same-Day & After-Hour Appointments When available, same-day and after-hour appointments are welcome at no additional charge. No Refunds All services are non-refundable. 3-Day Guarantee If you have any concerns with your lashes, please reach out within 3 days of your appointment. I’ll be happy to address any service-related concerns free of charge within this window. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in loss of appointment and a cancellation fee.
